Branded photo activations
in Orlando.
Give Orlando expo, conference and launch guests a personal reason to explore your brand. A photo, AI or booth-based video experience can build on a product demonstration or help a sponsor start a conversation. Match the guest takeaway to the audience, then plan around the exact OCCC building or offsite venue and demonstration schedule.

Built around your event
Connect the experience to product discovery.
Project-based service. Dates, travel, staffing and venue access are confirmed in the event proposal.
OCCC and offsite venues
Orange County Convention Center events can use the separate West and North/South areas. IAAPA’s official onsite guide identifies locations by building. Confirm your building and room, and give any hotel, attraction or outdoor activity its own location brief.
Official planning references: IAAPA official onsite venue information. Venue information checked October 3, 2026; recheck the current organizer manual for your event.
Give discovery a personal takeaway
Help guests connect what they have seen with something they can keep. An attraction-supplier booth, product demonstration and association sponsor lounge each serve a different goal. Choose the portrait or video-booth prompt and takeaway around the audience’s reason for attending.
Keep guests moving toward your product
Give guests room to enjoy the experience without interrupting a demonstration. Keep the photo area and queue clear of demo space and key entrances, and decide where people will collect prints or receive a digital result before confirming the floor plan.
Choose a setup that fits the setting
Match the experience to the venue’s technical needs. AI, video and guest delivery may require specific connectivity. For outdoor or offsite activity, agree the weather arrangements, transport, security and a practical alternative before the event.
A few useful answers
Before we begin.
What should we send first?
Start with the event and the guest action you want. Tentative dates and an undecided venue are welcome; share only what you know. As the plan develops, the venue, usable space, a draft floor plan or current show manual can help refine the proposal; do not send confidential material through the initial form.
What shapes the quote?
Your quote reflects the experience, custom creative, operating hours and guest takeaways, plus travel, freight, venue services and staffing. This city guide does not set a fixed price or minimum.
Are these venues or shows Tumbleweed clients?
They are planning references. Naming a venue or organizer does not claim a client relationship, endorsement, approved-vendor status or reserved event date.
